The aim of the Partnership for Patients initiative is to dramatically improve patient safety across the country. This initiative engages stakeholders from private and public sectors to reduce all harm and hospital readmissions.

To reach this goal the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requested that the National Quality Forum (http://www.qualityforum.org) convene the National Priorities Partnership. Included in this endeavor are a series of educational webcasts that can be accessed on the NQF website.
