Thomas J. Johnson, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, FASHP

Dr. Tom Johnson has held a shared appointment with South Dakota State University and Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center since 1998. He is currently Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Experiential Education Manager at the SDSU College of Pharmacy, and also serves as Clinical Specialist in Critical Care and PGY2 Critical Care Residency Program Director at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  Dr. Johnson is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, and is a member of many interdisciplinary and pharmacy organizations including the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN), and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
