How do I register for the RICU courses?
To Register for one of the RICU courses, go to www.learnicu.org/RICU
What are the system requirements for this program?
This program requires a good-quality Internet connection. Broadband connection is recommended for the best possible quality.
Please note: The program only functions properly using the Internet Explorer browser.
Where do I go to log in?
To log in, go to www.mysccm.org
If I register as a Director, do I also need to register as a student?
No you do not need to register yourself as a student to use the tests and lectures, this option is automatically provided to you during the registration process.
What do I do if I have forgotten my user ID?
In most cases your login ID is your membership number and your password is your last name. If you do not have this information you can find it by clicking on the following link: http://www.mysccm.org/forgotpassword.aspx

My user ID/password does not work; who do I contact?
If you receive an error message when logging on to the MySCCM web page, you may want to check to ensure you have the correct information. Send an email to RICU@sccm.org indicating your problem. SCCM will return a call or email message to you within 48 hours.
I have logged in; how do I get to the tests/lectures?
After you log in, the page refreshes. Scroll down until you see the blue bar across the middle that says, “SCCM Learning Management System.” You will see your program listed (Adult Residency Program (AICU) or Pediatric Residency Program (PICU)) with a “+” in front of it. Click on the “+” sign and the titles of the tests and lectures will be displayed. Click on the title of the test/lecture you want and it will open in a new window.

This link was sent to you in your Welcome email. You can also find by logging on to the MySCCM webpage, opening the RICU course and scrolling to the bottom of the presentations list.
I am a program director and need the link to my Student Test Score Dashboard
You can also find by logging on to the MySCCM webpage, opening the RICU course and scrolling to the bottom of the presentations list. Using this link you will be able to monitor your student's progress through the course. This link will provide you with the test score and a PDF copy of the actual test with the students responses indicated and the correct response to the question. You will now be able to download and/or print the test.

There is an error in the lecture/test; who do I contact?
Email SCCM at RICU@sccm.org Please indicate the full question and the answer response / rational that you feel is in error and the reason you feel this is a question error.
How often are the lectures updated?
The lectures will be updated in groups on a yearly basis. Not all lectures will be updated every year.
