Critical Care Research Home

Knowledge and technology are integral to achieving the highest quality care for all critically ill and injured patients. This online resource highlights grant opportunities, important research findings, and other related items that enhance the visibility of critical care research.

NIH Critical Care Research
The Society’s Research Committee developed an online search tool for identifying critical care research projects supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Use this tool to provide critical care researchers with a customized list of available research opportunities in critical care, organized by keywords.

The searchable information is based upon the NIH’s CRISP database: Computer Retrieval of Information on Scientific Projects. CRISP contains information about federally funded biomedical research projects conducted at a variety of U.S. research institutions. The subset of CRISP presented here is updated daily.

InFACT
InFACT is a global collaboration of clinicians and researchers working in intensive care units around the world. To find out more about them, click here.
